Webinars and Workshops

We offer frequent hour-long webinars on topics of interest to our member contractors working in green and sustainable mechanical construction, service and plumbing. Upcoming webinars are shown in green boxes below. Most webinars are free to members and only require a brief registration process. By participating in real time, you have the opportunity to ask questions of the presenter and participate in a dialogue on the topic. Some of our members find it more convenient to review archived presentations at their convenience. And other companies like to gather a group for a "lunch and learn" and then discuss how the topic is relevant to their company's operations.

Webinars cover a range of topics, including:

  • Developing business opportunities for your company in the green marketplace;
  • Technical aspects of green building;
  • The LEED rating system and USGBC topics; and
  • Becoming a LEED Accredited Professional and other aspects of professional development.

If you are a LEED AP enrolled in the new Credentialing Maintenance Program as defined by the Green Buildings Certification Institute (GBCI), many of these webinars should qualify as continuing education. For more information, refer to the GBCI guide or contact Sean McGuire.

In addition to our webinar program, in-depth educational workshop programs are offered on topics which benefit from more in-depth coverage. These are shown in the blue boxes below. The location and cost of these programs varies; conference brochures can be downloaded to provide details and registration information.
